How to make payments to merchants like Twitter and ChatGPT, etc.
Certain merchants may experience payment failures with the Infini Card due to country and region restrictions or specific policies. As merchant policies and regulations are constantly changing, we will continue to test and update solutions.
The Infini Meow card (card number starting with 5) has a relatively high failure rate when subscribing to merchants like X and ChatGPT. We recommend using the Infini Rabbit Card or Woof Card(card number starting with 4) for subscription payments.
Using an Infini card to pay for subscriptions to X Premium, ChatGPT, or other AI tools.
If you are using the Meow Card (card number starting with 5), the failure rate is relatively high. You can make payments after adding the card to your U.S. Apple account (Apple Store) or Google Play. Here’s the tutorial: https://tinyurl.com/42xcdrrt.
If you are using the Rabbit Card or Woof Card (card number starting with 4), these cards have been tested multiple times and can successfully pay for subscriptions on several platforms that use Stripe payment channels, including X and ChatGPT.
If you encounter payment issues while using the Rabbit or Woof Card, please refer to the following solutions:
a. Ensure that your Infini account balance is greater than the amount you want to pay and confirm that the card information is entered correctly (last name and first name are swapped, card expiration is in month/year format).
b. Use the VPN's [Global mode] and connect to a U.S. node. If possible, confirm with your VPN provider that the nodes they provide can unlock subscriptions for platforms like ChatGPT and X.
c. Confirm that your accounts on X, ChatGPT, and others have not been restricted by the platform for violations (e.g., recent frequent CAPTCHA verifications, warning emails, etc.).
d. If a payment fails, please do not attempt frequently to avoid triggering our card issuer's risk control lock. You can try again in 2-3 days.
If you still cannot make payments with the Rabbit or Woof Card, you may try subscribing through the mobile method mentioned in this solution.
