Application Process

Apply for an Infini Card

1. Deposit stablecoins into your Infini account.

2. Fill in basic information (name and phone number), and pay a one-time activation fee, to apply for the Infini Card (with a total payment limit).

3. Complete KYC verification to unlock the card payment limit.

Card review time

Infini Card applications are processed swiftly, with most approvals completed within minutes. In rare cases where additional verification is needed, the process may be extended up to 24 hours.

Card Usage

The Infini Card offers global versatility for your payments:

• Use it anywhere that accepts Visa® and Mastercard® payments, including online and in-store.

• Compatible with popular mobile payment systems, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

• Perfect for daily purchases, travel expenses, and digital services worldwide.

• Seamlessly pay for emerging technologies and services, including AI tools¹ and blockchain applications.

The Infini Card serves as a seamless bridge, automatically converting your crypto balance to local currency at the time of payment, allowing you to easily use your digital assets like traditional currency anywhere cards are accepted.

1. When using Infini Card to subscribe to AI tools such as OpenAI and Claude AI, it is your sole responsibility to comply with their internal user policies. Please note that you may be required to provide your billing address within their designated jurisdictions during the subscription process.

Card Expiration Date

When your Infini Card expires, Infini will automatically issue a new card for you.

Card Cancellation

Users can contact Infini’s customer service to request cancellation of their Infini Card.

Risk Warning

• Please pay attention to your account balance while using the Infini Card and avoid repeatedly making payments after a transaction failure. Please be aware if you do, in some instances, Visa/Mastercard or the issuing bank may cancel or delete your card due to risk controls.

• In particular, please be mindful of the following issues:

  • Multiple transaction failures due to insufficient balance

  • Multiple zero-fee authorization transactions in a short period of time

  • Frequent refunds

• Your Infini Card being canceled or deleted for the reasons mentioned above will not affect the security of the asset balance in your Infini account. Your Infini account assets will remain fully intact. You can also reapply for an Infini Card afterward.
