Infini Card

  1. What type of card is the Infini Card?

The currently launched Infini Meow Card, Rabbit Card, and Woof Card are MasterCard/Visa debit cards issued in the United States. At present, they are virtual cards that can be added to payment tools such as WeChat/Alipay. The Rabbit Card can be used for subscriptions to AI tools with stricter card requirements, and the Woof Card will support physical card applications in the future.

  1. About Apple Pay and Physical Cards

The Infini Woof Card supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. The virtual card is coming soon, but a physical card will be available for application in the future. Please follow our official Twitter account to stay updated and be the first to know when Woof card applications open.

  1. What are the fee rates for the Infini?

About Infini's fee rates, currently, when depositing stablecoins (USDT/USDC) into Infini, there is a 0 conversion fee to USD. When making card payments:

  • Commission Fee: 1% per transaction

  • Cross-border Fees (charged by the issuing bank for non-USD payments, minimum $0.01):

    • Meow Card: 1-1.5%

    • Rabbit Card: 1% + $0.50 (for payments at non-USD/non-US merchants)

    • Woof Card: Coming soon

  • When using the Infini card for payment, please avoid transactions that deplete your entire balance, as this may result in insufficient funds to cover the commission fee and any potential currency exchange fees, leading to transaction failures due to insufficient balance.

  • When depositing and withdrawing, users need to pay the corresponding network fees (Gas fees) based on the network they choose. Besides that, Infini does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals.

  1. What is the exchange rate for the Infini Card?

Infini Card's exchange rate is based on real-time international bank exchange rates, which are quite close to the rates found on Google. If the amount you are paying is very small (under $0.5), it may trigger the minimum foreign echange fee set by the issuing bank, so please try to avoid making very small transactions. Additionally, if you are using the Rabbit Card, there will be an extra $0.50 currency conversion fee when paying non-U.S. merchants. We recommend using the Meow Card or Woof Card for daily expenses and the Rabbit Card for payments to services like X or ChatGPT.

  1. Is KYC required for the Infini Card?

When applying for the Infini Card, users can first fill in basic information (name and phone number) to submit their application. In this case, the user's Infini Card will have a total spending limit of $500. Users can unlock this limit by completing KYC verification to obtain an Infini Card with no payment limit.

  • Please make sure to fill in your real name and phone number when applying for the card without KYC to avoid affecting your future use.

  • After KYC, the Infini Card has no spending limit, but third-party payment tools (such as Paypal, WeChat Pay, Alipay, etc.) may impose daily/yearly total payment limits on the card or your account.

  • According to compliance requirements, Infini is currently unable to provide services to users with IP addresses originating from Hong Kong, the United States, or sanctioned regions. Some users from restricted regions must agree to Infini's relevant terms and actively declare that they are not long-term residents of restricted countries/regions. Afterward, they may apply for an Infini card. However, Infini reserves the right to request valid proof of address and terminate their access.

  1. Important Tips

  • The Infini Card does not have an overdraft feature. Please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your Infini account before making a purchase.

  • Please avoid frequent operations such as refunds, failed transactions, and payment cancellations.

  • If the refund and failed transaction rate exceeds 20%, the issuing bank may freeze and delete your card. To prevent malicious refund activities, the issuing bank will charge a 2% fee for proactive refund requests. Please avoid frequent refund operations.

  • If your card is frozen or deleted, please contact Infini customer service to reset the card status in your account and you will need to reapply for a new card.

  • The Infini Card cannot directly transfer fiat currency to bank accounts or social media accounts, nor can it be used to deposit fiat currency.

  • When using the Infini Card for purchases, please ensure that your Infini account balance is more than 3% greater than the amount you need to pay. The total amount required for each payment is: Total Amount = Payment Amount + Service Fee. The service fee includes a 1% commission fee and any currency conversion fee charged by the issuing bank when paying non-US dollar merchants. An insufficient balance will result in payment failure.

Usage Issues

  1. Does Infini have a mobile app?

Infini currently does not have a mobile app. You can use the PWA version of the mobile app by adding it to your phone's home screen. You can refer to this tutorial.

  1. Subscriptions for Services like OpenAI, Claude, X, etc.

  • If you are using the Meow Card (card number starting with 5), the failure rate is relatively high. You can make payments after adding the card to your U.S. Apple account (Apple Store) or Google Play. Here’s the tutorial: https://tinyurl.com/42xcdrrt.

  • If you are using the Rabbit Card or Woof Card (card number starting with 4), these cards have been tested multiple times and can successfully pay for subscriptions on several platforms that use Stripe payment channels, including X and ChatGPT.

  • If you encounter payment issues while using the Rabbit or Woof Card, please refer to the following solutions:

    • a. Ensure that your Infini account balance is greater than the amount you want to pay and confirm that the card information is entered correctly (last name and first name are swapped, card expiration is in month/year format).

    • b. Use the VPN's [Global mode] and connect to a U.S. node. If possible, confirm with your VPN provider that the nodes they provide can unlock subscriptions for platforms like ChatGPT and X.

    • c. Confirm that your accounts on X, ChatGPT, and others have not been restricted by the platform for violations (e.g., recent frequent CAPTCHA verifications, warning emails, etc.).

    • d. If a payment fails, please do not attempt frequently to avoid triggering our card issuer's risk control lock. You can try again in 2-3 days.

  • If you still cannot make payments with the Rabbit or Woof Card, you may try subscribing through the mobile method mentioned in this solution.

  1. Deposit and Refund

Deposit processing time

  • When users deposit funds into their Infini accounts, the funds will first go through our account security and anti-money laundering partner, Cobo. The typical processing time is 2-10 minutes for BNB Chain, 5 minutes for Solana/TRON, and 20-30 minutes for Ethereum/Arbitrum.

  • In some cases, data delays between Infini and Cobo may cause a delay in fund arrival, which usually resolves automatically within 1-2 hours.

  • Please ensure that you are depositing USDT/USDC from our supported networks, and not making deposits on unsupported networks or depositing assets other than USDT/USDC. Incorrect deposits may result in permanent loss of funds. If you have deposited on the wrong network or sent the wrong asset, please contact Infini customer service and provide your account email address, the deposit network, and the complete deposit hash.

  • We have noticed that the recharge hashes from certain third-party service providers may start with L, and such deposits will not be credited. Infini only accepts deposits from supported blockchains or transfers between Infini accounts using the Transfer feature.

Payment failure or transaction refund credit time

  • When a merchant processes a refund to Infini, it usually takes 5 to 21 days. During this period, the issuing bank needs to complete the settlement process for the refund, and once completed, the refund will be directly credited to your Infini account balance.

  • When you use the Infini Card for payment and encounter a payment failure while your account has been charged, the merchant will automatically issue a refund, and you will receive the refund. The refund credit time typically ranges from 5 to 21 days.

  • After the refund is credited, it will be reflected in your billing details.

Infini Earn

  1. What is the source of yields for Infini Earn?

  • Infini's earnings come from on-chain lending protocol partners (referencing Morpho), RWA (Real World Assets) based on U.S. Treasury bonds (referencing Usual), and delta-neutral stablecoin protocols (referencing Ethena). Infini only selects partners with high security and excellent reputation. You can refer to our relevant documentation for more information about the sources of yields.

  • After depositing assets into Infini, the assets will start to accumulate yields after 24 hours, and the earnings will be distributed at 00:00 (UTC 0) the next day.

  1. How does Infini Earn store users' assets in earning protocols while allowing them to use those assets for spending?

Infini will establish a consumption reserve based on the total amount of funds deposited by the user and the user's spending ratio. This reserve will be used for user expenses and will automatically rebalance in real-time to adjust the fund ratios, allowing users to enjoy returns on their funds without affecting their spending.

  • Asset and Account Security: Infini's account security and anti-money laundering services are provided by the fully authorized custodial partner Cobo, which complies with the highest industry standards and is ISO 27001 certified.

Infini Card Types and Usage

  1. Billing address

Infini Card cannot modify the billing address, users can enter their alternative address during payment.

  1. Withdrawals from Infini

Withdrawals from Infini do not incur any fees, only a gas fee is required. The daily limit for quick withdrawals is $5,000, and funds are credited in real-time. For amounts exceeding $5,000, it is considered a large withdrawal, and the Infini system will need to perform an automatic rebalance, which will be credited within 24 hours.

  1. Card activation time

When activating the Infini Card, a card activation fee must be deposited from the blockchain. The deposit process may vary depending on the blockchain network used and can take up to approximately 30 minutes. Once the deposit is confirmed, the card will be activated automatically.

  1. Verification Code

If you are unable to receive the verification code sent by Infini, please ensure that the email address you entered is correct and check your spam folder for emails from Infini. You can also mark Infini's emails as not spam.

  1. Unable to access the Infini official website or encountering errors

Under certain unstable network conditions, the Infini website may show errors, fail to open, or display a blank page. In such cases, please try switching networks. If you are using a VPN service, try disabling it, or clear your browser cache and try again.

  1. About the Infini Co-branded Card

The Infini co-branded card is a collaboration project launched by Infini and its partners, featuring customized card designs and discounts on card activation fees. Users can activate the card using discount codes provided by partners to their communities or through special invitation links. Users without a discount code or invitation link issued by Infini partners will not be eligible for the activation fee discount or customized card design. Users can obtain discount codes or invitation links within Infini partners' communities by completing specific tasks.

Please note that users who have activated the customized card design cannot revert to the default card design unless they delete the card and apply for a new one.

  1. The bill status is Pending after payment

Any Visa/Mastercard requires a settlement process with the bank after a payment is made. This is a common and normal procedure that typically takes 1-3 days, during which the status of the bill is 'Pending.' Transactions that need a refund will also enter the refund process after the settlement is completed.
