Infini Business edition offers a dedicated portal for corporate clients. To create an account, simply register with your company email and official business name. Your account is unverified by default. It's recommended to complete identity verification to raise your daily withdrawal limits.

Infini Business 企业版为企业客户提供独立的注册与登录入口。企业用户需要使用企业邮箱和企业名称完成注册。注册完成后，账户将进入“未认证”状态，补充身份认证即可解锁不同的单日提现额度。

Create an account

  1. Go to the Infini Business official website and click [Register].

  2. Fill in the following information:

    1. Company Name: Must be 5–100 characters. Supports English, numbers, Chinese, and common symbols. Certain terms (e.g., “test,” “illegal,” “official”) are not allowed.

    2. Email: Must be in a valid email format and not in use.

  3. Read and check the Disclosures & Agreements and Privacy Policy.

  4. Enter the email verification code to verify your email.

  5. Create and confirm a login password that meets our security requirements.

Upon successful registration, you will be guided to complete identity verification. You may [Verify Now] or [Verify Later].

注册企业账户

  1. 打开 Infini Business 官网，点击【注册】。

  2. 填写以下信息：

    1. 企业名称：需 5–100 个字符，支持中文、英文、数字及常用符号。不得使用违规或占位名称（如“测试”、“非法”、“官方”等）。

    2. 邮箱：需符合邮箱格式，且未被注册。

  3. 阅读并勾选《用户协议》《隐私政策》等条款。

  4. 输入邮箱验证码完成验证。

  5. 设置登录密码（需符合安全规则），点击确认。

注册成功后，系统会进行身份认证提示， 用户可选择【立即认证】或【稍后认证】。

Q1: Do I have to use a company email for registration?

企业注册时必须用企业邮箱吗？

A: It is recommended to use your company email to simplify team management. Personal emails are also accepted, but they may affect future compliance checks.

建议使用企业邮箱注册，便于后续团队管理。普通邮箱也可注册，但可能影响后续的合规验证。

Q2: What should I do if the system says “Company name already in use”?

注册时提示“企业名称已存在”怎么办？

A: This means the company has already been registered in Infini Business. Please contact your company administrator for an invitation or reach out to Infini customer service.

说明该企业已在系统中注册。请联系企业管理员获取邀请，或联系客服确认。

Q3: What features can I use before completing identity verification?

注册后不完成身份认证，可以使用哪些功能？

A: You can still use all business account features, but your daily withdrawal limit will be capped at 3,000 USDC/USDT. Accounts without identity verification will have restricted daily withdrawal limits. A “Complete Verification” button is available at the top of the page, allowing you to upgrade at any time and unlock higher limits. Q5: I am an individual merchant. Can I upgrade directly to a business account?

A: Yes. Submit a KYB (enterprise identity verification) request under Identity Verification. Once approved, your account will be upgraded.
