Card Types and Usage

Infini offers three types of cards, which have different uses in certain scenarios. Please refer to the table below to see the differences between the cards.

Due to potential changes in policies by Visa/Mastercard/third-party payment tools/merchants, the information in this table is for reference only.

Note 1

• Please note that due to the policies of WeChat Pay and Alipay, when you use the Infini Card to make payments via WeChat Pay or Alipay, an additional 3% fee will be charged if the amount exceeds 200 RMB. This fee is collected by WeChat Pay and Alipay and will apply when using any credit card not issued within the People's Republic of China.

• When you add the Infini Card to Alipay, your card may be locked due to policy reasons. You can apply to unlock it by uploading a picture that includes your Infini Card information. Typically, the unlocking process takes a few hours.

• If Alipay has locked your card, please follow this tutorial to unlock it.

Note 2

When using Infini Card to subscribe to AI tools (such as OpenAI, Claude, etc.), it is your sole responsibility to comply with their internal user policies. Please note that you may be required to provide your billing address within their designated jurisdictions during the subscription process.

• Please avoid upgrading subscriptions with newly registered AI tool accounts, as this may result in payment failures.

• Please ensure that your IP address is from the United States and that you are using a US phone number.

When paying for the X premium subscription:

• Please avoid changing your personal information, profile content, or frequently switching login IPs in the days leading up to the payment.

• There is a certain probability of failure when using any debit or credit card to subscribe to X premium, so please try again after 3 days.

Note 4

When you use a transportation app (like Uber), the service provider may pre-authorize your payment method for an amount equal to your estimated trip cost. This is a pre-authorization, not an explicit charge to your card. After completing the trip and the banking settlement process, some funds may be pushed back to your card account.
