Alipay/WeChat Pay may lock your Infini Card due to policy reasons and require you to provide a picture containing the card information to apply for unlocking.
Please check your card information on the Infini official website.
Use a screenshot tool to capture the image according to the example shown below.
Please note that in the screenshot, you need to display the first six digits and the last four digits of the card number, along with the cardholder's name. Please make sure to mask other information, especially the CVV code, to avoid unnecessary security risks.
After taking the screenshot using the method above, upload the image to the Alipay/WeChat Pay unlocking application, and in the remarks, input in Chinese '这是海外虚拟卡' (This is a foreign virtual card). After applying for unlocking, it usually gets successfully unlocked within a few hours.
If you encounter this message when adding a card to Alipay/WeChat Pay for the first time, please ensure that the card information is entered correctly, including the card number, expiration date (month/year), and security code (the CVV code on the Infini website).
If a card that was previously usable on Alipay/WeChat encounters this message, please unbind the card and add it again.
Please note that this issue is due to recent risk operations on your Alipay/WeChat account being flagged for risk control, and it is unrelated to Infini.
Please click on the buttons such as '查看解决方法' (View Solutions) or '解除限制' (Remove Restrictions) in Alipay/WeChat, and follow the instructions to remove the risk control restrictions on your account before adding the Infini card.
